Contribute. The low level panel welcomes any useful comments and suggestions. But we especially seek comments and recommendations about how to improve the UN from immediate UN stakeholders, such as current and former staff, suppliers, researchers and partners.

The panel works on issues under the following headings:
- information and knowledge management;
- procurement;
- recruitment;
- strengthening staff performance; and
- field-HQ relations.
